Health is a value that we often remember when we lose. Many people disrespect their health, do not cherish it, on their own, day after day, bring him harm. Cars, the Internet, fast foods, tedious office work are the modern realities of the lives of millions of people.
You can write for a long time about what harmful and improper living conditions are today, complain about circumstances, or you can simply take some useful tips into the habit, thereby strengthening your health and improving the quality of life.
1. Go to bed early, and get up early in the morning
Healthy sleep is one of the most important components of health. However, it is important not only the duration of sleep, but also the time when you need to sleep. 3. Drink water

But do not drink after you have eaten – it can negatively affect your well-being and condition. 4. Take a daily walk
Movement is life. This postulate has been known to everyone since childhood. But the best movement on their two. Do you work a lot? Are you tired at work? No time for a walk? No problem. Make minor adjustments to your work route. If you travel by public transport, you can take a bus or other mode of transport not at the nearest stop, but at the next. Or get off one stop earlier. 6. Do physical exercises at work
Make it a habit to take 3-4 breaks at work. Five-minute pauses with simple exercises will have a beneficial effect on your future performance. In addition, you will regain some strength and your emotional state will improve. If you are a big boss – make collective physical education minutes for the team. It will be both useful and fun.
7. Make the right snack.
Often, a modern person does not have enough time for a full meal and nutrition throughout the day. Constant meetings, a lot of work, the lack of a normal cafe near work – this is not a complete list of reasons why people clog their stomach with the wrong food, fast food, shawarma, pies, pasties of dubious quality and production. Even if you can’t have a normal lunch, eat an apple, a banana or some nuts – this is both healthy and healthy.
8. Monitor your calorie intake
No one forces you to keep a food diary. For many, this is uninteresting and tedious. But one of the most common reasons why people gain extra pounds is a higher calorie intake than their consumption. For example, 7,000 kcal is equal to 1 kg of weight. So, if a person spends 2,500 kcal per day, and consumes 3,000, then a week he will gain 0.5 extra pounds. Here you have a month +2 kg to weight.
